From the Potters Bench...

Quite often we receive comments from customers about how healthy our plants are.  Many have told us that out of all the plants they have purchased in a season, the plants at Mill Hollow Nursery performed the best all season long.

We are proud of the plants we sell.  We work very hard to attend to their individual needs which requires constant care.  Aside from controlling temperature, fertilizing, watering and timely pinches (to make a full plant) we try to acclimate plants gradually so they will be able to withstand temperature fluctuations after you take them home.  Many growers don’t do this but  we know it helps create a healthy, durable and strong plant.

Can’t Keep Up With Watering?

Dichrondra- Vigorous growing silver trailer with small heart-shaped leaves.

Lantana-Thrives in hot and dry and available in a range of colors.

Angelonia- A prolific bloomer with clusters of snapdragon-like flowers.

Verbena- Blanketed with blooms, verbena is great in the garden or planter.
