APRIL 12- LETTUCE, PANSIES, AND PARSLEY BASKETS Make
a basket garden that's good enough to eat. Lettuce, pansies and parsley
will not only add an early splash of color to your porch or patio, but
will thrive in the cool, spring weather and can be harvested to adorn
your spring salads. Classes $20.00 includes moss, soil and 10 plants.
Bring your own gloves and basket or purchase one from a selected

APRIL 13- LIVING WREATH CLASS Welcome
the arrival of spring with a living wreath to brighten your front door
or gate! In this class you will create a lush, colorful living wreath
by planting a moss-lined wire frame with a selected assortment of
annuals, perennials or herbs. Jody Frimel will discuss the proper care
of your new wreath, how to maintain it over the winter and how to
recondition old topiaries. 1:00-3:00pm Class $55.00 Class
limited to 10 people. Please bring gloves. All other materials are
provided and included in the fee. Call 1-800-LCM-PARK and register by

APRIL 19- VERMILION
GARDENERS FAIR A “Vermilion In
Bloom”event. There will be a variety of
exhibitors who will be selling gardening items, plants, tools, and fun garden
stuff. Speakers will be giving talks and
seminars throughout the day. 9:00am-3:00pm Call 440-967-6446 for more info. $1.00
donation at the door.

APRIL 21- SENSATIONAL SPRING CONTAINER WORKSHOP What
are the "must-haves" for spring containers? Bring your own container
and let expert Jody Frimel from Mill Hollow Nursery show you the newest
introductions, along with the proven performers to create your own
sensational container to take home. 7:00pm-8:30pm Class $5.00. All
plants and extra materials are purchased in the class. Bring your own

APRIL 26-27- MILL HOLLOW PARK HERB FAIR Get a jump start on the season at this indoor
event featuring a plant sale of herbs, perennials and cold hardy annuals.
